We are creating this plan with the intent to bring affordable chiropractic care to our patients who desire to have regular maintenance adjustments.

Offering a membership plan will help:

1. Provide a consistent budget for our patients so they can plan financially and depend upon consistent care.

1. Give our patients an option to receive adjustments only without the extra costs of therapies that they may not want or need at the time. 

2. Save our patients and staff time by being efficient and offering a specific expected service.

3. Offering more options that will fill a niche need in our community.

4. Offering excellent adjusting services that our clients have come to expect and deserve.

This plan is available to all members of our community.

If you are a new patient and want to sign up for the plan, your initial exam fee is $25. A one time fee in addition to the $50 per month recurring charge. 

Existing patients do not need to have an initial exam.

This discounted rate and service for adjustments only, must be on a monthly auto debit/credit account that will be kept on file. 

Visits are non transferable and must be used within 30 days of purchase of monthly renewal.

Kona Chiropractic reserves the right to allow exceptions to the non-transferable policy on a case by case basis. 

Memberships can be canceled at any time and restarted at the patient's request. 

There are only 200 memberships available. If this program is full at the time of inquiry, we will place you on a wait list and contact you when availability comes up. 

We have limited the number of memberships to ensure that we have the capacity and ability to serve all of our patients that want to participate in this program.
